| Payment Methods: Because Art accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as personal checks. All Florida residents must pay the applicable 6% sales tax. Shipping Policy: Payments received by Credit Card will be processed and if approved, shipment will be the same day. After shipment, Because Art will charge your credit card for the total amount of the order. Payments made by personal check will be delayed for 5 business days while the check goes through the Bank's clearing process. Orders paided for by personal check will be shipped to the customer on the six day after deposit unless the check is declined. Shipping and Handling: Because Art will ship to anywhere within the 48 Continental United States for a standard shipping and handling fee of $15.00. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be quoted at the time of Order placement. Returns: Because Art will allow returns of Art Work within 30 days of shipment of original order and credit the customer the full amount of the price of the Artwork, less shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to send Artwork back to Because Art. Prior to returning any Artwork, the customer must call Because Art to receive a Return Authorization number which must be included in the return package. Custom Matting and Framing: Our mission is to provide Fine Art for your home and we recognize that each individual's preferences are different. To help in making your purchase decision, we are available to consult with you once you have identified the work or works of Art the best suit your home. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate matte and frame colors. Depending on your selection, we will provide you with a price quote and deliver time commensurate with the customization. Sale of Originals: Unless otherwise indicated, each of the works of Art is a reproduction of the original work with a limit of 300 available for each piece. The original work may be available for sale and we will provide interested individuals with a quote accordingly. Commission Work: Our artist is available for commissioned works of Art including portraits done in pencil. The price of any work of art is dependent on size and medium. The artist is available to discuss your desires for an original piece of Artwork that will suit your home. |
